Sean is a principal and Executive Vice President with Property Tax Assistance Company, Incorporated (PTA). Sean has been providing successful personal property and real property tax representation throughout the State of California, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington since 1989. Sean oversees and coordinates the valuation appeals and representation of client's multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and special purpose properties (e.g. data centers) for PTA Real Estate Tax Division.

Sean has experience with new construction, leasehold fixture, ownership, and exemption issues. Sean provides consulting in complex Assessment Appeals Board (Board) presentations involving accounting, appraisal, and property tax interpretations. Sean has also successfully represented large manufacturers and service related industry clients with their Business Personal Property Assessments. He advises clients in property tax audit preparation.

Sean specializes in the following industries: Semiconductor & Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing, Storage Disk Manufacturing, Aerospace/Military Component Manufacturing, Electronic Medical Monitoring Systems, Music Recording, Audio and Video Post Production, CD/DVD Manufacturing, Food and Fluid Milk Processing. Memberships include the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT), National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), OC Taxpayers Association, BOMA, and CA Society of Auditor-Appraisers. Sean is a graduate of California State University Long Beach with a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance and holds a J.D. from Pacific Coast University School of Law.
